After a successful funding year in 2025, we were able to help eleven applicants with projects varying from staging of exhibitions and performances to attendance at prestigious art and music schools, as well as funding composers, jewellery makers and drummers. The quality of the applications we received was very high, and this year we hope to attract more talented individuals hoping to make a splash in their chosen area of music and the visual arts. Organisations whose aims mirror our own are also welcome to apply. As before, our funding is aimed at 16-30 year olds resident in Edinburgh and the Lothians. The John Preston Trust exists to help fund young creatives. We look forward to hearing from you.
