Abi Lewis, the Collective and the John Preston Trust
Abi Lewis will scare you half to death as she shares her nightmares on Calton Hill.

The JPT is delighted to have had the opportunity to support an exciting emerging artist, Abi Lewis, who is part of the Collective’s Time + Space initiative. Her work is on display until December at the Collective’s gallery atop Edinburgh landmark, Calton Hill.
Abi’s exhibition is entitled Night Tether and explores her interest in Night Terrors, giving the viewer the opportunity to peep into her fascinating night-time landscape of multi-headed monsters, creepy crawlies and ever watchful eyes. But far from being dark and scary, Abi’s work is lighthearted and zinging with colour.
It is a delight to work with the Collective and be a small part of an initiative that brings the artist to the fore, giving them Time + Space to develop, explore, and most importantly, play. The trustees urge everyone to visit Calton Hill and immerse themselves in Abi’s night-time imagery.
